Priorities

  • Reproductive freedom: Protect the rights of women to make their own reproductive choices, in consultation with their family, faith, and medical providers – not the government.
  • Economy and housing: Develop a healthy economy, with adequate and affordable housing, built on the services and industries of the future, so people can live and work here.
  • Hope for the future: Support a high quality of life for people in our district. This includes boosting community cohesion and cooperation, while respecting individuals’ uniqueness.
  • Climate courage: Strengthen our communities – and crops and forests – against wildfires, drought, heat waves, and flooding worsened by climate change.
  • Healthcare: Make healthcare more affordable and accessible, support veterans, and enhance community wellness.
  • Safety: Improve public safety through a multi-faceted approach that supports both community-based law enforcement and mental health.
  • Education: Strengthen bonds between educators, schools, and our communities.
  • Agriculture: Support small- and medium-scale agriculture and timber producers.
  • Make government work for us: Make the benefits of government more transparent to citizens, while lessening regulatory red tape.
